7. Email advise for vendor and employee
8. Issue AR
9. Set up and payment of NON-P.O invoices, insurance, utilty bills and etc
10. Audit schedule for AP OTHERS, AP-SL, DEF VAT
11. Reclassification of DEF VAT monthly
12. Recording of Bank Interest and Bank charges of all banks
14.Creating BIR 2307 for all suplliers and BPI cc
15. Clearing and monitoring of ADV payment for jobs
16. Computing of Comprehensive insurance - based on policy
16. Assisting Auditors about their required docs (every year audit)
Graduate of BS Accountancy or any Accounting related course
Knowledge in SAP System is an advantage
Familiar in different aspects of General Accounting
Preferably with at least one year experience in handling Accounts Payable
Can work with minimum supervision
