JOB SPECIFICATIONS
1. Graduate of Accounting Degree or any 4 year business course
2. High level of skills in Spreadsheet and other MS Office Applications.
3. Good command in oral and written English communication.
4. Excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
JOB PURPOSE
The Finance Assistant is primarily responsible in the processing of documents that are needed in all business applications and transactions including filing of BIR Returns.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
1. In-charge in the filing and safekeeping of business permits and licenses.
2. Responsible in the preparation of Secretary's Certificate and other Finance-related documents that are required in all business transactions.
3. Responsible in the issuance of Sales Invoice [third party & request] CTW's for suppliers.
4. Prepare BIR Returns after filing MAP, RELIEF and Alpha List.
5. Responsible in Books/Journals data entry and ensure its accuracy.
6. Responsible in the filing and encoding of Sales Invoice and Purchase Invoice intended for VAT Returns and CTW's from clients
7. Prepare Neo Customer Service's Sales Reports.
8. Collaborate with other concern staffs/departments/operating units in the company to ensure compliance with establish procedures that are necessary in the effective administration of financial plans and strategies.
9. Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior as the need arises.
