To help the team in their workload and to ensure that books are correct.
To ensure that sales invoices (internal and external) are complete, accurate, recorded on time and disputes are being resolved.
1. To deal with debtor (internal and external) queries by phone / email. 2. To establish good working relationships with the accountants across Marine Operations Division. 3. To assist in the preparation of the Reporting Pack particularly the Intercompany Fees accounts (Sheet 03).
4. To help in monitoring and resolving disputed invoices. 5. To create Fixed or Non-fixed Invoices for the vessels under the assigned Principal and third party vessels.
6. Responsible for raising invoices for training contributions.
LIMITS OF AUTHORITY:
No authority to issue invoices
SKILLS, QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
1. Precise and methodical approach to daily workload - must be good at prioritising
2. Quick learner with good communication skills (both written and verbal)
3. Good excel skills
4. Good team worker
5. University graduate working towards further accountancy qualification
