DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Checks and encodes the Request for Payment, Reimbursements, Purchases Payables, Cash Advance Liquidations and Revolving Fund replenishment transactions to ensure that these are valid for payment and are timely recorded
2. Assists with online payments status to monitor and track payments made
3. Manages fixed asset movement of AIHI and AIDI to properly monitor the PPE's additions, disposals and depreciation. This also includes the issuance of asset accountabilities to assignees
4. Prepares monthly Accruals and Prepayment entries and analysis of AIHI and AIDI prior to review and posting
5. Prepares the EWT and VAT BIR filing entries prior to review and payment approval
6. Coordinates with Healthcare and Dumaguete's key personnel for Payroll, Compliances and payment concerns
7. Prepares the Financial statements of AIDI for AM's initial review
