Responsibilities:
Employee Expenses
Credit Card Reconciliations
Invoicing (Down Payments, Projects, Quoted Professional Services)
Procurement ETA Reporting
Ad Hoc tasks
Support Finance Manager
Requirements
At least 3+ years' related experience
Experience using Xero is A MUST
Experience with Connectwise and WiseSync is advantageous
Experience with an Australian Managed Service Provider or otherwise a technology company
Excellent communication skill as role may interact with Australian clients
