be one solutions is a Global organization, based in Switzerland with 18 subsidiaries worldwide, focused on providing Consulting Services for SAP Software to global enterprises.
We are looking for a highly self-driven Finance Assistant to support our APAC team in all aspects of finance operations. This position reports to Finance Manager (Asia).
Main Responsibilities
Daily bookkeeping activities:
Enter AP invoices and credit notes to SAP Business One system
Enter incoming and outgoing payments to SAP Business One system
Work with our internal global finance manager and 3rd party accountant to book required accruals and G/L bookings (salaries, employee's expenses, depreciation etc.) to SAP Business One system
Preparing the required financial statement (balance, profit & loss statement etc.) in SAP Business One system
Processing tax, withholding tax and any other complex financial requirements together with our Finance Manager (Asia) and our 3rd party accountant
Required Experience and Skills: Mandatory
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in an international company
Experience with regional legislation and tax regulations
Book-keeping and full set accounting experience
Availability and willingness to be involved in new tasks
Ability to work autonomously
Excellent organization and communication skills
