FINANCE ASSISTANT (METRO MANILA)
Job Summary
Assist Finance Head in implementation of finance internal controls, policies, and procedures; assist in corporate budget preparation; provide accurate, timely, and relevant management reports; aid in continuous improvement of GPMC's financial standing thru (a) efficient and reliable billing and collection process and (b) proper review of billings prior to endorsement for check preparation; assist in service contract execution and renewal; assist in finance operations when endorsement for check preparation; assist in service contract execution and renewal; assist in finance operations when deemed necessary; demonstrate clear and concise written and oral communications.
Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure strict implementation of set internal controls, policies, and procedures
Assist in preparation of annual corporate budget
Timely and accurate release of GPMC monthly statement of accounts to managed properties
Maintain at least 90% collection efficiency of GPMC
Proper review of billings and required attachments prior to endorsement for check preparation
Timely payment to suppliers and service providers
Timely submission of assigned management reports
Regular monitoring of contract renewal and escalation
Assist in finance operations when deemed necessary. This includes, but is not limited to:
100% up-time of Payment Options
100% up-time Deposit Pick-up Facility
Special projects/tasks related to your position
Educational Requirements
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Finance and/or Accountancy
Experience Requirements
With at least Two years of relevant work related experience
Good Interpersonal skills
Good Organizational skills
Experience in customer service field is an advantage
