Will support the General Manager by monitoring and controlling the preparation of monthly, quarterly
and annual financial statements and reports.
Helping by developing and maintaining internal controls, effective accounting systems and policies
Working with the Finance team to ensure that all invoices are controlled, procedures followed, and
all relevant information is received.
Responsible for the checking and validation of rentals to be paid to SM and all concerns
Responsible for reviewing funds on a weekly scale to make sure that all the checks and other
expenses to be disbursed will be funded appropriately.
Ensuring that financial transactions are recorded, classified and summarized in accordance with
local accounting principles and in accordance with group accounting policies
Performing cost forecasts/budgets for specific projects, cost tracking and monitoring.
Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements * Can speak, read and write in Mandarin
Graduate of BS Accountancy
Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Minimum 5 years' experience in accounting and financial management practices.
Proficiency with financial systems and or accounting software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and
SAP) * Strong communication skills - oral, written, and interpersonal
Good in leadership skills
Strong in logical thinking and analytical skill
Meticulous and pay attention to details
