ZigZag is looking for a Finance Assistant to join our team!
The client is one of Australia's fastest growing TMC's and the only business which can provide corporate specialist support and services to independent Travel Agents in the popular mobile travel agent area. The client was founded by two highly experienced industry professionals who sought to take full advantage of waves of change in the travel sector and redefine travel services fulfillment for businesses.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Daily Banking receipting in Tramada our mid off system - Debtor and Retail receipts, Creditor refund receipts,
Mastercard/AMEX receipts.
Bank reconciliation in Tramada - Ticking and reconciling bank reconciliation daily to make sure this balances at End Of Month.
Managing client credit card refunds and processing these in payment gateway system
Checking that client funds are on file and authorizing enett transactions and posting in Tramada
Running agency credit card statements for our "Travel Experts" and posting these
Running service ticketing fees twice daily
Answering "Travel Expert" queries on a daily basis
Weekly basis Air and BSP Ticket reconciliations. Including errors, reconciling, follow up & Unchecked Air Tickets and BSP once the statements are reconciled
Monthly - Commission statement reconciliations.
Run Car Commission chaser statements.
Process Debtor payments in Payment Gateways
Paid direct commission report sent to experts
Setting up of hotel creditor payments & agency credit cards"
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Has at least 2 years of related working experience
Knowledgeable/Experience in using Tramada is highly preferred
Finance experience and/or worked in travel industry (preferred)
Working in the Australian market (preferred)
Fluent in English
Excellent time management, multitasking and problem-solving skills.
Understands the importance of developing and maintaining "Travel Expert" relationships.
A strong team player.
Excellent communication, listening and presentation skills.
