Job Description:
Handle payroll processing
Handle and process volume rebate and commission
Maintain & safekeep volume rebate, commission contracts and master file
Update master file such as contractual party, product and different tier % rates
Handle SAP accrual of volume rebate and commission
Handle drop shipment orders
Carry out month-end closing activities
Assist in budget preparation
Handle government surveys
Other Finance duties as assigned
Requirement:
Eligible to Diploma in Accounting
Minimum 3 year working experience
Good knowledge of MS Office and office management software
Additional information:
Working days: Monday to Friday (8am - 515am)
Salary up to $4000
Located in Near Penjuru
Experience in SAP
Company have transport at Bouna Vista or Jurong East Mrt Station
