Megatitan Corporation is the authorized distributor of BEIJING FOTON MOTOR CORP. LTD.
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
FINANCE
Handle cash flows, cash receipts, and petty cash of the branch, including cash advance and/or petty cash vouchers for processing fees for licenses and permits and other operating expenditures.
Prepare a weekly revolving fund report for easier cash flow monitoring, to be evaluated by the Branch Accounting Supervisor and the Finance and Admin Head.
In charge of the consolidation of all sections' collections/receivables.
Preparation of weekly and monthly VSO, PSO, and SSO reports.
Creates Service Sales Orders that will consolidate the respective section's validated invoices.
Managing accounts receivable and payable, as well as expenses.
Updating daily transaction records.
Resolving account discrepancies and performing account reconciliations between different sections.
ADMIN AND CLERICAL
Receive and screen office calls, respond to routine telephone inquiries; forwards them to the appropriate party.
Answer inquiries from customers about the company and its products and services via phone calls.
Coordinate with utility, messenger, and guards with their errands and needs.
Provide support to the Finance and Accounting Department and HR Department.
May act as the representative of the teams to internal and external contacts as needed.
