Purpose of position
This role provides support and administrative activities to the Finance Team. This role ensures that duties are carried out for effective coordination and document management.
Key responsibilities & accountabilities
Work with the Finance Team in the consolidation/matching of physical documents vs file monitoring, this includes the billing statements/invoices and official receipts from vendors, consolidation of tax documents/records, etc.
Follow-up from clients on the Certificate of Tax Withheld (BIR Form 2307) on their income payments and their proof of Zero-Rating or VAT exemption, if any.
Coordinate with vendors on office procurement needs.
Provide vendors with the Certificate of Tax Withheld (BIR Form 2307) that was deducted from their income payments.
Assist in the sourcing of flight, accommodation, and transportation options then consolidate/draft the trip details.
Arrange for staff meals during town hall and HR gifts/token requests.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Taking up a degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance.
With basic MS Excel knowledge
Can speak/write in English.
