Duties and Responsibilities:
Processing of collection-related services
a. Updating of daily collection details from all collections facilities (all banks and non-bank collections)
b. Generation of ORs/Cancellation and replacement of ORs
c. Preparation of daily deposit slips for collections
Processing of disbursement requests
a. Enrolment of payee bank accounts in bank portal/business online systems
b. Generation of bank payment templates for upload to bank portal/business online systems
c. Monitoring of successful and unsuccessful bank payments
d. Updating of MAS claims cases for successful payouts
e. Monitoring of check cancellations, replacements and related recording in the books
f. Updating of Disbursement RFP monitor
Generation and monitoring of CWT forms
Processing, monitoring and control of employee requests for cash advances, liquidation and reimbursements
Address other servicing requests from other departments
Control and safekeeping of checks requested for replacements
Coordination with other departments for collection and disbursement related matters
Qualifications:
- University graduate with a degree in Accountancy or Business courses major in Accounting
- Minimum of two years' experience in generalist accounting or finance functions
- 2 years of experience in Taxation (Corporate)
- Certified Public Accountant
- Willing to work at Makati
