Assist in audits by gathering necessary documentation, coordinating with internal and external auditors, and maintaining audit records.
Communicate with customers to collect outstanding balances, resolve payment discrepancies, and support payment reconciliation and collections activities.
Document customer interactions, payment agreements, and collection efforts accurately in the system.
Provide regular reports and updates to management on collections and account statuses.
Support processing of employee liquidations and reimbursements by validating documentation and ensuring timely completion.
Assist in tasks related to the FAST and STP Automation Project as needed.
Handle the validation, booking, monitoring, and reconciliation of Certificate Withholding Tax (CWT) documents.
Manage communication with business partners for BIR Form (2307) requests and assist in vouching and maintaining related tax documentation.
Provide general administrative support, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
Perform other duties as assigned to support operational efficiency.
Finished 4-year Finance related program
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders
Basic knowledge of audit processes, account management, and tax documentation is a plus
Proficiency in using office software and data management systems
