Duties and Responsibilities:
Overview of the role
Overview the day-to-day finance/accounting process.
Observe the over-all finance/accounting policies & procedures.
Analyze finance/accounting data, information, and others.
Maintain files and records of all the transactions.
Secure all company's assets and properties.
Monitor inventories, products and services provided.
Computes & Prepares BIR tax compliances (EWT; WT-Comp.; Quarterly Percentage Tax, and CIT)
To account any finance/accounting related concerns and effects.
Efficiently and effectively gathering all finance/accounting records.
Check the accuracy and completeness of transactions and reports.
Responsible for financial Statements preparation and reporting.
Responsibilities:
Verifying all Request for payments (RFP) prior approval of the signatories
Preparation of vouchers and checks, as the case needed
Responsible for the Bank transactions, Statements, Reconciliation and Cash Flows
Monitoring of cash position and petty cash fund
Check one page report for Runs Cargo submitted by Accounting Specialist to CEO
Monitoring of Advances from officers
Responsible for the summary report of Loans & collections
Tracking of Post-dated checks
Responsible for releasing of Client's Loans
Monitoring Loans and Receivables, prepare monthly summary report
Monitoring Promissory notes
Prepare Loan computation and schedules
Monitoring Aging of receivables
Preparation of Schedule of payables
Checking of Payroll & statutory
Responsible for weekly budget projections
Prepare monthly interim Financial Statement and Balance Sheet
BIR compliance for VAT; Percentage Tax, Quarterly Income Tax)
Other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy
• Candidate should have more than 3 years experience specializing in Finance/Acctg and Treasury Management as a Manager or 5 years as a Supervisor.
• Strong will to contribute to the business based on the quantitative analysis.
• Strong leadership.
• Good communication skills to involve other departments and external partners.
• Onsite work with occasional Saturday schedule (Inventory/meetings)
• Willing to work in Makati City
