JOB QUALIFICATIONS
College Degree in Accountancy, preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
At least 10 years' experience in finance and accounting; 3 years' experience in managerial capacity
Adequate understanding and background in accounting, financial management and control, & tax management.
JOB DESCRIPTION/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Summarizes quarterly income statement.
Generates schedule of accounts/summaries
Prepares financial statements (income statement, balance sheet)
Monitors Receivables.
Monitors amount billed by company vs. amount collected from client.
Analyze existing accounting procedures and suggest changes to simplify the process (if applicable).
Prepares correspondence
Prepares final project costs
Acts as revolving fund custodian.
Monitors loan amortization, interest and renewals.
Monitor progress billings and update collection
Prepares financial reports
Prepares Trial Balance for external audit purposes.
Concurs with top management and other department managers.
Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
