Job Description
About you
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Finance and Accounting Manager who wants to put his/her financial skills to work, helping shape how BagoSphere solves youth unemployment.
We have a lean but growing team, and we are looking for someone to manage and oversee financial and accounting operations, provide strategic financial guidance, help build a team, and be involved in long-term strategy as well as highly tactical day-to-day execution. Reporting directly to the founder/CEO, this is a rare opportunity to help an early-stage, mission-driven company grow.

Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
Provide high-level financial reporting and analysis.
Report regularly to the CEO/President on cash flows, budgets, and financial statements.
Work with a direct team -- managing work allocation, training, problem resolution, performance evaluation, and the building of an effective team dynamic.
B. Provide strategic financial guidance
As a business partner to the CEO/President, assess organizational performance against both their annual budget and their long-term strategy.
Develop financial strategy, including risk minimization plans and opportunity forecasting.
Provide cash flow management, debt management, and collection.
Develop tools and systems to provide internal controls, critical financial and operational information to the CEO/President, and make actionable recommendations on both strategy and operations.
C. Oversee finance and compliance-related processes, documents, and reports involving HR, e.g. compensation and benefits administration (SSS, BIR, Philhealth, Pag-ibig, DOLE), and training programs (e.g. TESDA)
