Job Responsibilities:
Develop and manage annual and multi-year budgets that are adequate for the organization's needs including preparation of periodic budget forecasts;
Manage business development activities according to financial plan to achieve profitability and revenue;
Modify financial plan and budget amount based on the changes in business plans;
Establishes financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting financial information, and managing accounting staff;
Analyze monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows) and effectively convey analysis to staff as requested;
Assist in reconciling all balance sheet and income statement accounts on a monthly/quarterly basis as indicated by the monthly closing schedule;
Develop profit and loss plan to ensure maximized returns and profit targets;
Manage the profit and loss statements, cash and balance sheet to ensure financial integrity;
Review the actual results against the budgeted goals to identify and correct accounting issues and variances;
Provide financial support and advice to management in closing business deals;
Enhance the financial processes for profitability and revenue growth;
Coordinate with operations, sales, marketing, and customer service teams to supervise and support business operations effectively;
Inspect and approve all vendor contracts and account expenses of the company;
Respond to inquiries from staff regarding budgets, deposits, disbursement, and grant reporting requests.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Experience in Management, Accounting, or a related field may be preferred.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and management principles.
Proficiency with computers, especially bookkeeping software (Quickbooks) and MS Office.
High level of efficiency and accuracy.
Willingness to comply with all local and company regulations.
Attention to detail and the ability to analyze large amounts of data.
Willing to report on-site.
