Qualifications:
 Bachelor's Degree in any accounting related courses (BS Accountancy/Banking & Finance/Management Accounting/Accounting Technology)
 Open for fresh graduates
 At least 6 months to 1+ years' accounting/bookkeeping experience (preferably in accounts payable)
 With experience in accounting software such as QuickBooks/MYOB
 Must be proactive with good interpersonal skills and a committed team player
 Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite specially in Microsoft Excel
 Keen to details
 Can work under pressure
 Willing to work in Taguig area
Duties and Responsibilities
 Accurate data entry skills and strong attention to details and General GL account knowledge
 Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
 Analyzing invoice/expense reports; recording entries.
 Paying vendors by scheduling and prepare payment vouchers and process payments prior approval.
 Review vendor invoices and verify charges, resolving invoice or payment discrepancies and documentation; insuring credit is received and reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
 Maintaining accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.
 Verifying vendor accounts by Verify employee reimbursements and liquidations of advances with supporting documents
 Audit and process credit card payments
 Maintaining historical records by filing documents.
 Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
 Respond to all vendor and employee payment inquiries
Work Schedule:
 Work Days: Monday to Friday
 Work Time: 9:00AM to 6:00PM
 Days off: Saturday and Sunday
