Check the accuracy and validity of transactions prepared by Accounting, Revenue and Treasury employees.
Prepare Rank & File Payroll
Prepare Bank Reconciliation against Book record on a monthly basis.
Reconcile Government remittance against payroll and other reports
Make suggestions to improve the process of Accounting, Treasury & Revenue that conforms with the GAAP.
Assist in the preparation of Accounting Policy.
Assist the Finance Junior and Senior Manager's in reconciling records and documents that relates to the preparation of Financial Statements.
Other task that maybe requested by the Superior that relates to Finance matters.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in any Financial or Accounting course
With 1-2 years' experience in Accounting
Knowledgeable of the Accounting cycle
Knowledgeable in accounts payable
Knowledgeable in the chart of accounts
Knowledge of BIR deadlines and remittances
Willing to work onsite in Makati.
