JOB DESCRIPTION
Tracks and analyzes monthly financial reports including top to bottom deviation analysis between actual and budget & latest estimates in sales, cost and other key performance indicators.
Reviews the commercial and financial viability of new major capital investments and marketing spend proposal ensuring soundness of assumptions, alignment of financials and operational objectives and recommends measures to limit investment risk.
Leads in the preparation of management reports for financial and operational reviews, executive committee meetings, latest estimates, rolling forecast, dashboards and other special analysis.
Supports the preparation and analysis of operating and capital budgets, rolling forecasts, latest estimates and strategic plans.
Finance representative to the Business Team or any management committee meetings
REQUIREMENTS
Competencies and Skills
Solid business and finance acumen
Strong leadership and influencing skills
Strong communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
Background and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or any business-related course, CPA, CFA, CMA, CIMA an advantage
With at least 2-4 years working experience in retail or related field
*Willing to be assigned in Head Office, Libis Quezon City.
