JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for monitoring and controlling budget allocation for each department/unit under Operating Funds. Records, analyses, and prepares financial reports to provide accurate assessment of the financial standing of the Center.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Major in Accountancy.
Work Experience
At least 3 years' relevant work experience in Accounting, CPA preferred but not required.
Basic Skills
Highly proficient in accounts reconciliation, preparation and evaluation of financial reports.
Proficient in management, organizational, analytical, and monitoring and coordination skills.
Proficient in the basic application and implication of tax principles.
Proficient in spoken and written communications.
Good interpersonal and client-orientation skills.
Proficient in computer software applications (Microsoft Office, database search engines).
Basic Knowledge
Basic financial accounting principles, bookkeeping, accounts reconciliation. Basic application and implications of tax principles.
