About HelixPay
HelixPay is the 1st ever subscription payments system in the Philippines. HelixPay enables businesses in the Philippines to automatically charge customers on a recurring basis via credit/debit cards, bank transfer or wallet payments to maximize customer retention and revenue growth while offering a convenient user experience for customers.
HelixPay targets businesses across the economy, from e-commerce DTC (direct-to-consumer) brands offering recurring monthly deliveries, to content creators offering fan memberships, to "traditional" recurring revenue businesses like condo managers, media companies, and fitness gyms that all need to collect recurring payments. While subscriptions are already a proven business model in the US, it's a new segment in the Philippines and HelixPay offers a very exciting opportunity to enable and empower an entirely new part of the Philippines economy.

We see a big opportunity in the Philippines and across Southeast Asia. We are planning our international expansion later in 2022.
What will you work on?
Reviewing daily remittance summaries.
Preparing remittance reports to merchants
Assisting with certain financial partnerships with banks and/or payment partners.
Filing of taxes and other regulatory requirements.
Processing of government remittances such as SSS, PhilHealth, and PAGIBIG
Analyzing and reporting financial performance of the business.
What makes you stand out?
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or any business-related course.
A CPA certification is a plus but not required.
At least 2 to 3 years experience in finance, audit, or general accounting
Excited to work for a FinTech startup in the Philippines
Has excellent analytical skills
Mastery with MS Office especially Excel/Google Sheets
Basic knowledge with SQL
