As a Finance Analyst, you will be responsible in handling the following:
Prepare monthly financial reporting package, providing detailed explanation behind variances against forecast, budget, and prior year income statement, balance sheet and cash flows.
Prepares 5-year budget runs for residential projects
Prepares monthly tax analysis related in the sale of real estate properties.
Analyze and prepare written reports and trend analysis on financial performance
Prepare daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly financial reports for executive and operations management.
Reviews and analyze a wide variety of expense and accounting-related issues
Calculates and applies updates base on new accounting standards and tax laws.
Implements and observes accounting controls procedures
Assist in coordination of annual audits of company's financial statements
Post financial transactions in the company's books
Qualifications
Accounting Graduate; preferably a Certified Public Accountant
With at least 1 year experience in finance or accounting field
Basic knowledge in MS Office especially in excel
Experience in SAP application is an advantage
Has above average communication and presentation skills
Attentive to details, organized, results-oriented and a team player
Strong analytical and data gathering skills
Willing to work long hours as necessary
