The Finance Analyst is responsible for the preparation of bank reconciliation to ensure the correctness of cash recorded in the books and must monitor audit requirements and computation of Agents & Brokers incentives from FPG Insurance's branches.
Regular Duties:
Preparation of bank reconciliation for FPG head office & branches
Computation of agents & brokers incentives from FPG branches. * Handles company's treaty transactions such as providing statement of account, cash call monitoring and settlement of treaty payables to reinsurers.
Occasional Duties:
Assist in preparation of audit schedules for government agencies and external auditor. * Assist in the preparation of company's annual report for submission to the Insurance Commission.
Preparation of financial reports analysis such as Gross Premium Written, Operational Expenses and Claims report.
Graduate of Accountancy
Preferably a Certified Public Accountant
With at least two years of related work experience
Proficient in Budgeting & Planning, Financial Information & Reporting, Financial Analysis & Evaluation
Innovative and able to suggest policies and business process improvement
Results-oriented and able to collaborate and work well with others
With good communication skills
