Job Descriptions
Implementation of FDC guidelines for billings processing and collection
Prepares Sales Documents ( Billing statement, Sales Invoice, Delivery Receipt) based on the SO endorsed by the SA on a daily basis within the agreed SLA
Encodes OR/CR in GP on a daily basis
Submits AR, Sales and Product Performance Report ( weekly and monthly)
Reconciliation of general ledger to subsidiary ledger
Follow up collection of overdue accounts and withholding tax certificates from customers and identify receivables with critical issues.
Issues statements of accounts for overdue receivables and creditable withholding tax on a weekly basis.
Any other duties as reasonably required.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Experience:
accounting and finance: 1 year (Preferred)
