Finance Analyst
Entry Level
Job Description:
• Perform standard accounting activities timely and accurately- day- to day or as needed
• Review accounts payable- invoices / checks released to vendors
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports- Balance Sheet, Income statement and Cash Flows
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual Management reports (MIS)
• Prepare interim and annual external financial audit requirements, responds to queries from auditors, handle sign- off and prepare Audited Financial statements
• Collect budget assumptions/ inputs from various units, consolidate and prepare forecast, forward and budget plans for 5 year- horizon every year
• Prepare reportorial requirements to various units- both internal/ external (PEZA, LGU, BIR etc.)
• Prepare board meeting materials on an annual basis
• Collaborate with the tax accountant in the preparation/ reconciliation of BIR assessments/ audits
• Review accounting & operation processes and where appropriate recommend and implement process improvement/ digital improvements
• Prepare financial analysis on various areas of the operations, as needed and assist other stake holders/ units in the analysis
Job Qualifications:
• Graduate of Accountancy
• Preferably a Certified Public Accountant
• Must have at least 2 to 3 years professional experience in finance/accounting/ audit
• Has the ability to manage multiples tasks and deadlines
• Keen to details, results- oriented and a strong team player
• Good communication skills
• With advanced proficiency in MS Offices
• Real estate leasing background is an advantage
• Has an experience in using SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage
