( Procure to Pay )
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensures accuracy of
transactions captured and traceability of transactions performed.
Performs Invoice & Credit
notes matching (ie. Trade Payables, Intercompany, Intra-company
Payables)
Resolve Supplier &
Business Queries
Processes Credit Card
billings
Processes Rejected
Payments
Processes Down Payment
Requests and Clearing Down Payments
Resolves first level of
errors
Performs suppliers
reconciliation
Engages in activities towards continuous improvement
Qualifications
Degree in Accounting related course
At least one-year
experience in AP, AR and General Accounting is preferable but fresh graduates will be considered
Working experience in SAP
environment is preferred
Working knowledge of MS
Excel and other Office tools
Must be willing to work
Day Shift (9AM-6PM)
Must be willing to work
in Cebu City
