Finance Analyst is responsible for effective and efficient management of payable and receivable from principal by ensuring accurate and timely processing of principal invoices; by recording, updating and reconciling related financial information in accordance with established practices.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Graduate of BS Accountancy (CPA)
1-2 years experience in Auditng Firm
Good written and oral communication skills
Proficient in MS excel
Willing to work in Paranaque
JOB DESCRIPTION
Processing of invoices for the vendor
Checking of vouchers and minimum BIR invoicing requirements
Handles cash advance request of each division
Assist in interim and year-end financial audit
Monthly preparation of selected balance sheet and income statement schedule
Monthly analysis on operating expense variance report for selected Division
