1. Monitor industry developments
· Research worldwide industry trends
· Keep track of competing developments
· Prepare a news register covering developments
2. Keep track of statistics and prepare regular reports that will guide planning activities
· Develop a benchmark database/utilize available commercial database
· Understand operating KPI's of existing airports
· Analyze available data and develop operating assumptions for the project
3. Assist in the development of the business strategy and financial model assumptions
· Understand the drivers of each revenue stream
· Review commissioned studies and research
· Consolidate business insights gathered from secondary sources
4. Assist in the development of the various ancillary businesses
· Assist in the preparation of the ancillary industry overview and operating models
· Assist in finalizing the business model for each revenue stream
· Assist in the evaluation of commercial proposals
5. Build specific-purpose financial models
· Conduct cost benefit analysis for design alternatives
· Conduct pricing analysis, including cost allocation
· Prepare financial Model for ancillary business streams
6. Perform other task that may be assigned from time to time
