About the Role:
The Finance Analyst shall be responsible for providing financial planning and analysis on the various projects of the business, monitor results of operations against budget and project study, assess and recommends initiatives to ensure profitability goals are met.
What you'll do:
Perform financial analysis on existing projects and initiates the need to do project assessments
Evaluate pricing of products
Prepare and consolidate financial projections of various projects and businesses
Streamline budget checking process and oversee adherence to corporate cost control policies and procedures
Lead the annual planning process and prepare analyses packages and presentations for review and approval
Analyze and assess the submitted Annual Plan information to determine the risks and opportunities of the assumptions in relation to overall corporate objectives.
Prepare growth and profit plan, mid and quarterly forecasting process, and period financial analyses packages and presentations in an accurate and timely manner.
Perform analytical reviews, validations, and audits to support internal and external cost control requirements
Monitor and track monthly performance of operations against budget
Design, amend and update business model that will assist in the quantitative analysis of existing and new projects
Perform sensitivity and scenario analysis
Lead efforts in establishing, updating, monitoring, and analyzing multi-project budget and cost control reports (including budgets, contract commitments, contingencies, forecasts, risk analysis, etc.)
Assist in the planning, design, and implementation of business planning and consolidation software system as well as provide training and best practices throughout the organization.
Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders for timely disposition of issues
Ensure prepared financial report documentations are audit-ready
Recommend, implement, and maintain process improvements
Perform additional duties as directed by immediate manager
What we're looking for:
Bachelor's Degree in Accountant or Finance
Certified Public Accountant
At least 3-5 years of work experience in financial planning, analysis, and business modeling
Real estate industry preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented and able to prioritize
Strong analytical and communication (verbal and written) skills
Good influencing and problem-solving skills
Flexible to work hours in order to complete tasks in required timely manner
Able to work under pressure
