Job Summary
As a Financial Analyst Assistant, you will assist the Financial Analyst and Finance Manager of the company. You are responsible for implementing updates to accounting processes and reviewing the accuracy of data. This position involves a heavy amount of reporting, data analysis, and research within accounting & finance.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of the accounting department:
Sales by Location and Classification of Services
Account receivable: Weekly updates with the team
Harvest Hours Tracking
Client Complete Details vs Revenue Analysis
Assisting weekly Invoicing Meeting
Client Log
Yesware Templates
EOD reports
Assisting and analyzing spreadsheets
Review Daily Designer Report
Review Retainer Clients & Client Details
Team Utilization Reports
Google Adwords campaigns
Revenue Analysis
Maintaining Harvest
Harvest Hours Tracking & Timesheets
Description accuracy
Provide recommendations
Practice critical thinking and problem solving
Comply with all company protocols and procedures
Manage administration tasks
