Managing a company's financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations
Responsible for performing daily accounting tasks such as monthly financial reporting, general ledger entries, and record payments and adjustments
Recording day to day financial transactions and completing the posting process
Verifying that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, suppliers ledger, customer ledger and general ledger
Verifying financial transactions by auditing documents
Ensuring records meet financial regulations
Bringing the books to the trial balance stage
Preparing payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
Completion of BIR tax forms, procedures and compliance
Responsible to answer accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations
Perform other job-related functions as assigned
