FINANCE & ACCOUNTING OFFICER
(Assistant Manager level)
Reporting directly to the Finance and Accounting Head, the position, focusing on Project Accounting, plays a crucial role in supporting the financial operations and management of the whole Finance and Accounting Division. He/she will contribute to the overall financial health and success of the company by providing strategic information and performing various financial tasks as well as valuable insights relevant to making a sound Management decision.
SPECIFIC JOB ROLES:
Financial Reporting
Assists in preparing and analyzing financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Ensures accuracy and compliance with accounting principles, regulations and Company policies.
Contributes to the preparation of financial reports for Management, Stakeholders, and External parties (as required).
Budgeting and Forecasting
Collaborates in the development and monitoring of annual budgets and forecasts.
Analyzes budget variances and provides explanations to support effective financial planning.
Accounts Management
Oversees accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Monitors cash flow and manages working capital to optimize financial resources.
Financial Analysis
Conducts financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
Supports decision making by providing key financial insights and recommendations.
Auditing and Compliance
Assists in coordinating internal and external audits.
Ensures compliance with financial regulations, standards, and legal requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must a CPA
With at least 8-10 years of relevant work experience in Billing and Collection, Accounting & Financial Operations & Reporting, Project Accounting, Payroll, Project Finance Taxation
Experienced in Budget and Forecast preparation, Internal audit and can formulate internal control policies and procedures.
Detail oriented with good communication skills.
Team player, responsible and able to work under pressure.
Can start in 2 weeks' notice.
