REQUIREMENTS:
a. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Finance and Accountancy or equivalent
b. GPA Minimum 3.00 from reputable University
c. Good knowledge in accounting and familiar with Philippines tax regulation, Withholding Tax
d. Accounting and Financial work experience of at least 3 (three) years
e. Familiar with MS Office Program / Accounting System
f. Good interpersonal, coordination and reporting skills
g. Discipline, proactive, strong commitment, good integrity, good behavior, highly organized, quick learner, good teamwork, take initiative, good communication skilsl & open minded
h. Must be aggressive, analytical with problem solving skills
i. Able to work under pressure and deadline oriented
j. Attention to detail and ability to multi-tasks is an advantage
k. Fluency in English both speaking and writing
l. Can start IMMEDIATELY
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
a. Implement system and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective management of the company's accounting and finance.
b. Implement and control a centralized accounting system to ensure that accounts are effectively manage.
c. Responsible for all revenue receives and dispersed in all departments under direct supervision.
d. Prepare financial reports and responsible in closing of the books at the financial month end and year end.
e. Review the cost and revenue structure and implement necessary control.
f. Maintains budget with actual transactions monthly and control is a must.
g. Strongly maintain and control Accounts Receivables/Accounts Payables.
h. Prepare monthly reports/reporting of the tax calculations and other required reports required by the Management nd Government.
i. Perform HR and Admin tasks.
j. Report to Director/ Finance and Accounting Manager in Indonesia region and Corporate Accounting and Finance Headquarter.
k. Able to do reconciliation on various banking.
l. Prepare all the document, reports and schedules for yearly Audit.
m. Prepare Overtime report, Late report, Leave/Absent report to Management.
