Job Description
Responsibilities:
1、Responsible for accounting work such as accounting processing, cost accounting, and general ledger accounting;
2、Responsible for the review and approval of fund payment;
3、Responsible for the preparation of financial statements and business plans;
4、Responsible for the company's tax declaration, tax inspection, organization of exchanges and settlement of related matters;
5、Responsible for the withdrawal of sales accounts receivable and the preparation of factory fund allocation plans;
6、Responsible for the company's fund budget preparation, fund overall planning and coordination;
7、Responsible for the review of wages and salaries and the deduction of various withholding expenses;
8、Responsible for the inventory of monetary funds, checks, inventory, fixed assets and other assets and the monitoring of turnover efficiency indicators;
9、Responsible for analyzing the business results and operating conditions of the company in accordance with the relevant policies of the group's financial analysis, and providing improved decision-making services for business operations and investment decisions;
10、Responsible for the collection of company financial files;
11、Responsible for the assistance of internal and external audit work, information provision and other liaison work;
12、Responsible for the coordination and processing work of government, banks, taxation and related functional departments and finance;
13、Responsible for other tasks arranged by the Group Finance Department and other superior departments.
Qualification:
1、Bachelor degree or above, major in financial management or accounting, relevant accounting certificate is preferred;
2、With 5 & above years of working experience in related positions in industrial enterprises, working experience in PEZA is preferred;
3、Familiar with financial laws, regulations, guidelines and policies, and have a deep understanding of financial accounting, management accounting, auditing, etc.;
4、Strong organization, coordination, adaptability and written and language skills;
5、Have good macro management awareness and ability;
6、Good health, honesty, adherence to principles, and a good spirit of cooperation and cooperation;
7、Have good discipline, and pioneering and innovative spirit.
