FINANCE & ACCOUNTING MANAGER
 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepares and analyze financial statements, business activity reports and Financial forecasts
Ensure that the organization's financial records and recordkeeping methods and procedures are in compliance with applicable standards
Manage employees in the accounting department who are responsible for financial reporting and budgeting
Periodically review the company's  financial reports and identify opportunities for cost management
Analyze data and advise management on how to maximize profits
Review and manage costing per product and advise management on cost savings 
Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth
Handles Cash Management
Manage taxation reporting
QUALIFICATION:
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience as an Accounting and Finance Manager
With Extensive experience in Finance related functions
Can direct the whole Finance and Accounting team
With costing, Taxation, FS, AR, AP experience 
With knowledge in navigating Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Has good connections with Banks and other financial institutions
