Brief Job Description
The Finance/Accounting Analyst provides key business partnership and advisory for various operations and technology directors/managers within the Back End Manufacturing organization, works closely with other stakeholders to sustain and streamline processes, support to deliver strong operational results and cost management initiatives. Analyze financial information related to the organization's expenses and revenues, seeking ways to improve the accuracy of budgets and forecasts.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting. CPA/MBA will be an added advantage.
1-3 years of relevant experience, with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and product costing experience preferred. (this line edited by Rose)
Proficiency in SAP, Excel Macros, PowerPoint, VBA, Microsoft Power Apps, QlikView, Anaplan will be a plus.
Outstanding communication and leadership skills showing ability to interact with senior management and present ideas in a concise and digestible manner and process owners to deliver proposal/solution
Analytical and good problem-solving skills and high creativity
For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
