Job Responsibilities:
Reports to Sr. Finance/Accounting Analyst in support of key initiatives across the organization
Provides key business partnership support for various operations & technology directors or managers within the GT back end manufacturing organization
Provides financial reporting and guidance to various levels of management
Works closely with other stakeholders to sustain and streamline or improve business processes, strong operational results, and cost management initiatives
Provides accurate and complete financial results during the monthly/quarterly close process and quarterly/annual planning process
Utilizes technology systems and automation to improve business processes, analysis, and/or reporting.
Provides documentation and workflow analysis support for financial systems/process improvement recommendations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
CPA preferred; MBA is a plus or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
2-3 years of relevant experience preferred (willing to consider exceptional candidates having less)
Outstanding communication and leadership skills showing ability to interact with senior management and present ideas in a concise and digestible manner
Proficiency in SAP, Excel, a preferred
Exposure to Excel Macros, VBA, Microsoft Power Apps, SQL, Anaplan, QlikView, and relational databases a plus
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
Career focused with proven analytical & problem-solving skills
Strong process skills, including ability to summarize and present process flow, systems integration and control points in process design documentation
For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
