The Finacle Architect will manage overall Delivery of Finacle Core Banking / Channels Solution to deliver outcome and activities that the Program requires.
Architect will work closely with Delivery team, relevant Senior technology stakeholders and forge good working relationships to aid in the team in design and delivery of the Program.
Job Responsibilities
Manage the overall Finacle Architecture (Channels) for the Program for technical changes with functional solutioning
Work with program team to ensure solutions are built as per the needs of the project phases.
Manage the design and PoC and complete SA deliverables .
Manage and deliver architecture gates of delivery and artefacts required for completion.
Work with vendor and partner teams on day-to-day basis for design, delivery and EA discussions.
Liaise with internal stakeholders across Prog. Management and Delivery & external stakeholders to facilitate deliverables
Form, lead, and coordinate project teams (cross-functional: Business, Technical, Operations, Legal, Procurement, etc.)
Liaise with the different stakeholders of the Program across vendors and Customer and forge good working relations.
Coordinate with tech partners and all stakeholders to clarify and define project requirements and business case, including development of a statement of work.
Prepare and manage design and architecture charter, technical use case
Implement technology control and governance structure for design and delivery.
Oversee sourcing, delivery, negotiating and managing outside vendors
Ensure compliance of infrastructure and applications with IT standards, policies, and guidelines, as well as other financial governing bodies
Conduct status reviews with project teams, account managers and customers on a regular basis
Knowledge & Skill
15+ years experience in Retail / Finacle solutions architecture having core deposit products experience
Knowledge of AWS is mandatory, Pref. cloud certified.
Core solutions skillset required, exposure to infrastructure management and cloud is also required.
Excellent communication skills, well versed in Microsoft Office tools Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, Confluence
Self-starter able to manage work independently and drive the team to deliver on time
Excellent attitude to work and able to manage people, processes and systems.
Exposure to variable SDLC methodologies is a plus (Waterfall / Agile)
