Job Description Analyzes the work order to determine specific requirements. Requests needed equipment from asset custodians. Coordinates with different groups on availability of client and resources. Installs and test equipment in client premises. Secures acceptance from client and truns over equipment. Leads implementtion with contractors to fulfill work orders. Executes service restorations. Conducts preventive maintenance on assigned circuits by recommending solutions to Service Level Management on type of maintenance to be performed.
Overall responsible in achieving the install/repair, Upsell/Cross-Sell KPIs and CSAT KPIs while ensuring well-maintained last mile broadband facilities of Globe.
Responsible for partner management for assigned Territory
Install and Repair Productivity Review and action planning
Rechanneling of teams for Install, repair and migration as needed
Review of Install and repair KPIs to identify drivers and action planning
Responsible for resource management
Ensure deployment of agreed headcount resources (Install / Repair)
Ensure compliance to standards (i.e, uniform, grooming, ID, vehicles, etc.)
Works with partner to ensure availability of talent pipeline for both Senior and Junior technicians to cover for anticipated attrition
Conducts Skills and competency evaluation of technicians and drives contractor coaching and development of technician teams
Perform support for complex install and repair cases
Resolution of repeat complaints
Perform occasional Onsite visit to address & resolve special customer requests
Partner with internal Globe teams to expedite issue/problem resolution
Provide Sales and Marketing events support (i.e., providing connectivity for blitzes and marketing events
Responsible for delivery of upsell and cross sell targets as aligned with Group's sales rev KPIs
Responsible for delivery of migration targets for the assigned territory
Support facility maintenance by conducting monthly cabinet inspection and quarterly DP inspections.
Responsible for identifying underutilized facilities in assigned territory and recommend action plans to increase utilization.
