 Collect the Annual Progress Report/photos and Annual Child Letter of sponsored
children in the Community development Projects.
 Translate the Annual Child Letter of the sponsored children (from local language to
English)
 Findings qualified children for Sponsorship.
 Monitoring of Sponsored Children in the Community Development Projects.
 Coordination with the stakeholders, partners, and community volunteers regarding the
Sponsorship deliverables.
 Ensure the timely submission of quality output in the database being used to record the
update for our sponsored children.
 Updating the masterlist of children monthly.
 Implements Sponsorship activities in accordance with the guidelines.
 Conduct home visits to our sponsored children.
 Monitoring and having a monthly meeting with volunteers.
 Close coordination and communication with the Field Managers and Head Office
regarding the Sponsorship deliverables and concerns.
QUALIFICATIONS:
 Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Community Development or Social Sciences
 At least 1-year of work experience in the same field.
 Experience in working with an International NGO, an advantage
 Know the basics of Microsoft applications like excel, word, and databases.
 Good verbal and written communications skills.
 Flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a variety of settings
 Patient in accommodating the behavior of others.
 Knowledgeable of the services available in the community
 Licensed Social Worker, is an advantage.

In 2008, Good Neighbors International Philippines (GNIP) was established with the goal of improving the lives of Filipinos, especially of the children, through child sponsorship and community development programs. GNIP formally started its operations in February 2009, with Barangay San Isidro in Rodriguez, Rizal as its pilot community development project (CDP) area. By the first quarter of 2014, a total of 13 CDP areas have been established, with two project areas in Guiuan, Eastern Samar as the newest additions.
