-Engage on daily support needed for the customers, dealers & events;
-Assists service centers that need on-site support on repair & installation;
-Conduct technical training to accredited service centers on new model, skills-up and refresher for running models;
-Daily monitoring of long term pending & back job.
Job Requirements:
-With Bachelor's Degree preferably in Electrical/Electronics;
-With experience in repair of hardware or software on large format display, monitors & LED TV;
-Computer literate and MS Office expert or well versed;
