Job Description Field Sales Supervisor is responsible for managing field sales teams. The Supervisor is accountable and is expected to manage the overall sales team, ensure that field sale representative is well-trained and ensure that all sales goals are met
Job Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in business administration, business, or related field preferred
Two (2) years' previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field.
Demonstrated and proven sales results.
Should manage the work schedules of the field staff, adjusting them as needed.
Should be able to map the area or coverage for sales to maximize sales.
Knows how to review and manage calendars and tasks.
Provide timely report to Operations Manager using Microsoft word or excel application.
Knows how to drive a four-wheel vehicle with License Code at least A & B (1,2).
Compensation 12500
Compensation Range ₱10,000 - ₱15,000
