Job Description The field Sales Supervisor is responsible for managing field sales teams. The Supervisor is accountable to the Operations Manager and is expected to manage the overall sales team, ensure that field sale representative is well-trained and ensure that all sales goals are met.
Job Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in business administration, business, or related field preferred
Demonstrated and proven sales results.
Can manage work schedules of field staff and adjusting them as needed.
Ability to map the area or coverage within Mati City to maximize sales output
Ability to review and manage calendars and task for field staff
Provide timely reports using Microsoft word or excel application.
Knows how to drive a four-wheel vehicle with License Code at least A & B (1,2).
Two (2) years of previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field.
Compensation 12500
Compensation Range ₱10,000 - ₱15,000
