Researching and identifying sales opportunity, generating leads, target identification and classification
Reaching out to new customers and making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of product/ services using solid arguments.
Understanding the client requirements and then tailoring the product/ services as per their needs
Maintaining relationship with all potential and existing clients
Ensuring proper servicing and after sales support to clients
Communicate performance reports and market data to management
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships
Monitoring the company's competitors new products and new rates
Evaluate and set targets on how to achieve them.
Analyzing sales reports and making recommendations for improvement.
Liaising with clients and answering all questions and complaints efficiently and professionally.
Performing other assignments as may be assigned
