Working as a Field Quality engineer at Signify. You'll be responsible for the customer satisfaction. We're greater together through peer learning in our globally diverse team, with different backgrounds and nationalities.
You'll be part of the Signify LED Electronics a dynamic business to business environment responsible for delivering LED electronic components to lighting fixture manufacturers in the professional lighting industry. Its responsibilities are at the heart of delivering innovation in the lighting industry, so aspiring for customer satisfaction is must be in your DNA.
What you'll do
You'll support customers together with customer care and the sales organizations
You'll initiate and implement improvement initiatives based on the 8D approach
You'll drive corrective actions towards development, supply, operations and product management
You'll collaborate and connect within our global organization and cross functional
You'll pro-actively drive continuous improvement and reach out to support

What you'll need
You are customer focused and curious to learn to improve processes and products
You have a Bachelor or Master in electronics or similar engineering background with affinity to power electronics
You are familiar with tools and methods that are used in structural problem solving and quality improvements like 8D, DfSS, FMEA, DoE, PPAP, LEAN, Agile
You are fluent in English and Polish
You are a team player who influences and shows integrity and trust across functions and has practical solution-oriented mindset based on facts
