THREE YEARS OF COLLEGE LEVEL COURSE WORK IN BUSINESS, MANAGEMENT, ENGINEERING OR A RELATED FIELD
WITH AT LEAST MINIMUM EXPERIENC OF 4 YEARS IN THE SAME FIELD
PROVEN EXPERIENCE AS MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR OR SIMILAR ROLE
STRONG TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE OF ALL BUILDING SYSTEMS (ELECTRICAL, HEATING, BMS)
KNOWLEGE OF HEALTH AND SAFETY PRACTICES, PROTOCOLS AND REGULATIONS
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be at least a graduate of a four-year undergraduate course.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
