Working closely with the rest of the Information Technology team and under the supervision of the Field IT Support Service Team Leader, the Field IT Support Service is responsible for the timely response and action to customer service requests, within the agreed service levels while maintaining professional and timely updates to required documentation of activities. Required: . Baccalaureate degree holder or higher . Understands ITIL v3 Fundamentals . In depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating system . Familiar in the architecture of INTEL based systems like desktop computers . Working knowledge of office networking concepts such as LAN and Wireless Access Points . Understands and capable of defining in a clear and logical manner in troubleshooting issues . Knowledgeable in the systems and infrastructure interdependencies and interconnection in an organization . Understands the Microsoft Office Suite and capable of supporting users and customers . Understands the basic Telephony concepts and applications and how users/ customers utilize it
