Job Duties:
Assists Project Engineers in the supervision of the daily activity of the sites,
Carries out research to find out the problems and develops solution for the same,
Supervises and monitors any project installations,
Supervises concrete pouring and all other activities in the assigned area,
Assists the Project Engineer and subcontractors and ensure compliance to all project schedules and budgets and evaluate all associated equipment and workforce to meet all design requirements,
Deploys and supervises manpower on the project sites in coordination with the Project Engineers,
Monitors the use of equipment,
Meets the weekly work target,
Sees to it that the date of project completion is met in accordance with plans and specification.
Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of BS in Civil Engineering
Being a licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage
With at least 3 years work experience in the same capacity or equivalent
Good communication skill
Physically and mentally healthy
Good moral character
Must have a strong sense of professionalism and integrity
With strong leadership skills
Computer savvy
Willing to be assigned in Region 10, 11 and 13 projects.
